Birchcreek Wealth Management has been an excellent experience especially relative to the advice and attention that I received for years at a major regional private banking investment advisor. Fidelity as a custodian is a major upgrade from the bank's tech and the team at Birchcreek has been excellent at not only structuring a portfolio to meet my life goals but at their sensitivity to tax issues. We have worked together to minimize tax burden while artfully restructuring the portfolio when there are losses to offset gains triggered by reallocation. They have provided excellent customer service including providing advice on mechanisms to maximize tax deferred accumulation and ensuring those strategies are executed each year. Finally, they have periodically surfaced vehicles to increase return at lower risk. My only regret is not becoming a client much sooner and dealing with the bureaucratic multi-disciplinary team that attritted frequently who were restricted by banking policies and obsolete reporting technology. The Birchcreek team provided more value added advice in year 1 than my entire decade with the private bank.
