Edit: I wasn't going to waste my time by writing anything, but I want to make myself very clear after seeing your response. This review was not placed erroneously, the 1 star was intentional, and thankfully I have never had as negative of an experience with any company as I had with you since. Because you have decided to quote state laws in other responses, I hope you learn to do better as your policies are in direct violation of Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-34-502.

Big bear has been amazing to rent from throughout the years I’ve been in college! They have been so thoughtful and care about their tenants! If we had any problems they would be right there to help. I would highly recommend renting through this company!

I have managed my college properties for about 30 years and it I had been with 2 other property management companies and that did not work out. I was very skeptical of trying another company but I did about 5 years ago and Big Bear has been great. I do foillow up with tenants as that was one of my biggest concerns and overall, the tenants have been very happy with Big Bear. With BIg Bear, I have had tenants stay for several years which also improves my bottom line. Very Happy with what they do!!

Our daughter rented from Big Bear for 3 years and we never had a problem. Maintenance by Harold was always taken care of promptly. If we ever have a need again we would use Big Bear. Beautiful well care for homes. Staff very easy to work and communicate with. They go above and beyond to help people out when appropriate. Not always the case with other property managers in other areas.

This is the worst place to rent a property. When I was living in a Big Bear property they would never fix any issues with the house and always had attitudes. The people that ran this property were the rudest people I have ever worked with. They were insulting and always tried to belittle you. They were never helpful and would actively try to find a way to cause problems. If you are a college student please do not rent from here. They will make life harder and Big Bear Properties will try to disrespect and degrade you as an individual.
