I recently switched and Carrie was very patient to answer questions and suggest coverage that I did not have previously. She endorsed Erie Insurance as a really good carrier as it was new to me. Carrie called me in the evening to discuss the process of binding insurance, payment methods and how the timing of switching coverage. Also, I received a great value. My renters insurance offered quite a bit more coverage for a much lower price than I was paying with my previous carrier.

I have been with this agency for about 10 years+, and they are always so sweet and helpful. I've never had an issue when contacting them, and they always get me the best rates possible. I was recently asked to get a probate bond to reopen my grandmothers estate. We previously had an attorney handle this but did not retain one this time, so I was completely lost. I contacted BIG and asked if they dealt with probate bonds. The person i spoke to ( i think her name was Katie? ) said they were unsur, but Brett will do some research and call back. He called 30 mins later with great news. They had a company they work with that does them! The process was handled quickly, and less than 24 hours later, I got the bond.
