This company took over for our local insurance provider. This transition has been nothing short of a train wreck. The most incompetent insurance agent we have ever worked with. We had over 30 policies with them before we had enough. This company is a bad faith case waiting to happen.

I have been a customer with Bickle Insurance for several years, Melissa Schultz always makes sure I get the best rates and takes care of all my needs. My daughter was in an accident on a Saturday last year, and Melissa guided me through everything we needed to do to get the car to the shop and took care of getting us a rental car! We love Bickle Insurance Services! Aaron and the staff really care about their customers. We recently sold our house and moved to a new town and, with one quick phone call, Melissa and the other ladies in the office took care of all of the changes to our insurance, canceled the old policy, and started a renters policy. I really like this insurance company. I have been with a few Companies in the past and when I switched to this one from my previous one I got more coverage and paid less for it. The customer service is phenomenal whether you are speaking face to face or over the phone. They explain things well and help you get the most coverage for your money. Would definitely recommend! (Aaliyah was wonderful to talk to over the phone she explained things well, helped me to understand my coverage and was very nice and Erica who worked at the old New Lex office was awesome, she was a hard worker, very kind and always did the best she could to help)
