I have been banking with this branch my entire life, and I have seen the quality of service start to diminish firsthand. Today my family experienced an either clear lack of knowledge of policy, or a complete lack of face to face communication.

I am all for the niche policy/policies explained to ME AFTER my fiancè was turned away and not explained any reason whatsoever why she could not deposit her check, or given any workarounds despite talking to three people. The workarounds came after the fact.

I recommend going else where. These guys bought out my old credit union and took over the loans I had with them. Then they closed down the branch that was at my job. So now I had to drive over an hour to go in person to make payments and when I traveled for my job and had problems could never get a hold of someone on the phone to help with my problems. Now that it's been 2 months since I paid off the loans and yet have a received my titles and still get charged a dollar a month for a paper statement that I never get every month. Truly it's a circus over there and I'm glad to be done with them and will never be coming back.

I bank out of the Walton Hills branch. The staff is fantastic! They are friendly and when I have questions they know the answers and steer me in the right direction as to what is best for my banking needs. I have one issue and that is because I opened a new account about 2 weeks ago and I too have as yet to receive my debit card nor has my husband, who is also named for a card.. Other than that...I'm satisfied as i have used them before and am a returning customer..

Your online banking is archaic. Service is slow, even when there's no one else in the building. They'd rather chit chat. The 2nd drive through window has also been out of service for too long. Finally, their hold system is garbage. I have to hit 0 every 2 mins or so to remain on hold/not leave a voicemail and can't just simply wait on hold.

I ordered a new debit card on February 26. March 10 I cancelled the card because I never received it. I ordered a new one at that time. Never got that one either. Why can't they issue a card without sending it in the mail? I'm done waiting!
