I called in regards to the insurance policy that I have with them and Josh was the one who assisted me. He was so helpful when it came to answering all of my questions! I had asked for a quote for a new car and we ended the call. I called back because I forget to tell him to have the quote include the mandatory full coverage that dealerships ask for and it turned out that he had already given me the quote with that included. He read my mind before I even asked. You could tell that he was very experienced when it came to his job. Awesome service. Was very happy today after my call with him!

Editing my review because service wasn't as great as before. When we purchased our policy the service was great. But We ended our policy because service declined after we had a policy. A few things happened along the way that my husband and I were not too happy with.
