My experience with Berry started out decently enough. Honestly, who really loves any insurance agency? Things quickly went down hill after the first year.

Our agent left the agency and I was never informed. Rather than letting the departed agent’s clients know, we were simply directed to a 1-800 number that offered even less help.

Get ready to speak to a lot of answering machines and ignored requests to speak with someone. Or anyone. We moved to a new home, a hectic process Berry complicated even further. The most difficult step was attempting to cancel my policy, which I cannot help but believe is by their own design.

Again, insurance agencies are rarely a force of good in the world, but the customer service at Berry makes it an ideal candidate to avoid.

I have used Rixey Berry Insurance for almost 50 years. I have always received considerate, prompt and personal service. I would recommend the agency. Even though it has changed hands the transition was smooth. Even when I have had claims they were always helpful and more than helpful. I DO recommend them.

What an amazing group of ladies. As soon as you walk into the cutest office you will every see, you immediately get greeted by someone with a smile. You can tell that the people in this office enjoy their jobs. That they all get along, making you feel very comfortable right away. They are here to help you with all of your Insurance needs however big or small. I was lucky enough to get the opportunity and referral to this office and recommend them to you now.

Horrible - unprofessional, unethical, and . Strongly recommend considering another agency to satisfy your insurance needs. Mark Berry is unreachable and appears to not care about customers. Consider many of the other great providers in the area! Staff is unfit to handle such high-end insurance coverage.
