Be careful using this company. They are overly driven by compliance and perception of risk, and this results in having priorities other than the customer. I have had more money stolen by using this FSA than I have saved

I am writing this review because there isn't any one department that fields compliments. So, this is the next best thing! 🙂 I was at the end of my rope trying to figure out what the hold up was, regarding a claim for a patient. You'd have found me running in circles until Ms. Eva A. (customer support specialist) came to my aid!! I hope she answers the next time I call BRMS!!

This homophobic company's web portal won't allow me to add my husband as a covered "spouse" but instead shows an insulting error message that reads: "Your Spouse cannot have the same 'Gender' as yourself." Three problems with that:
1. He does have the same gender as me.
2. Same- sex marriage has been legal in some areas of the US for a decade.
3. We notified BRMS of this issue more than two months ago and nothing has changed.

I'm a technology professional. The fix for this issue involves at most two lines of code. The company shows no willingness to resolve the issue correctly.

Anytime you call you can never get clear answers and they often process insurance claims incorrectly. Be prepared to waste hours and hours on hold.
