How could anyone comment about their experience with any insurance without any actual experience aside from quietly paying premiums? I would rather not be able to comment because of having no experience, but I had a very recent experience with Allstate after I was the victim of a hit and run. The initial estimate to repair my 2022 BMW X4 was $4k. When all was said and done, the repair costs had doubled to $8k. Communication between the body shop and Allstate was fast, efficient, and completely without friction. Allstate was fast to respond and fast to approve. While I'm so upset that this happened for many reasons: I lost $1k in deductible and mind you for a crash I was clearly not at fault for, I was without my car for a month and stuck driving a crappy rental car, out another hundred bucks for rental car fees, AND now my car is literally worth LESS because it was in a "moderate" wreck and can't be certified by BMW. Despite all that, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Allstate. And my premium hasn't increased. I hope to never work with them again, but they really came through for me!

Absolutely call Ben Witter and his team with any and all of your insurance needs. I thought, like many, how complicated are my insurance needs really... I can handle this.. for years. So glad I switched our home and auto coverages to Allstate with his expert counsel. They offer service that you don't find anymore. I will be a customer with Ben and his team for as long as I am able.

The people who work here are nice enough. But honestly, they will just steal more money from you every month. Find a better Company with better values, Allstate is a joke and will just steal from you. 4 years Raised my rates every Chance they could get. A 20% increase was the final straw. Truly do not do business with them. 131% profit increase first quarter of 24. 71% profit increase year over year and they still increase my rate by 20% Evil greedy The definition of parasitic. Literally Allstate makes $300,000 profit per employee. They’re stealing from you.

Have already told them to stop using streetcar photos of our house in their marketing because they look like pervs and it is super off-putting. But they continue to do it. That's just the beginning though. Happy to go elsewhere, still.

I was insured by Farmers for many, many years. Circumstances led to my partially switching to Allstate, mostly because their auto insurance rates were significantly lower in Colorado. However after a few years, my original agency was sold or switched to Ben Witter and I wondered...how was that going to turn out? I initially had some communication issues with one of Ben's agents but after we worked that out, I have been very pleased with the service, communication, and rates that Ben and Allstate have provided. I even switched my Colorado home over to them. You really are in good hands with Ben Witter!

Easiest experience I’ve ever had getting insurance on my home and car and I saved money from my previous policy. I worked with Dom and he was as able to break down the policies and make sure I got the coverage I needed while still getting me a great deal.
