Todd Parry is the worst account manager I have ever dealt with. I have asked Bayview Asset Mgmt for 2-3 weeks now for a payoff and they will not send it to the title company. I have made calls, emails, sent promissory notes and still nothing! Todd Parry, Park Place Finance and Bayview Asset Mgmt are the worst to have to deal with. They ignore every point of contact. I was delayed twice on my closings now. They just ignore you. No one to answer the phone. No one to respond via email. I have 3 loans with them and they ignore me. Can you imagine working on your first loan with them? Don't bother! This is the last time I do business with Park Place Finance, Bayview Asset Mgmt and Todd Parry!

Ordered their partner M&M Mortgage Services to break into my home FOUR..4...FOUR TIMES. And attempted numerous other break-ins. Bayview Asset Management LLC goes by many names. Bayview Loan Servicing, Community Loan Servicing, Lakeview Loan Servicing, and more. I filed a lawsuit in Orange County Florida which is still on going. I had a Federal case and on the punitive hearing! I wrote an entire book about the experience called 'Devil Is Relentless' including my website with the same name!

Sold my mortgage and I found out 3 months later (via Credit Karma) and I still have never received any notification from Bayview. They didn't transfer my escrow or notify my homeowners insurance company. Very unprofessional customer service. I wish there was a rating lower than -0- because I would use that. Also they LIED using the word "forgiven" when the actual word, apparently, is "DEFERRED" as I learned from the new mortgage company. They did me a favor by selling my mortgage.

My grandmother's account was transferred to Bayview from a previous loan company who had taken her money and misapplied her payments which threw her behind in her payments. All of this was explained to Bayview and instead of trying to help her resolve the situation seemingly they raised her payments. Her income is low since she is only on SOCIAL SECURITY.Half of her check goes to Bayview and the other is insurance on herself and five children,light bill, gas bill, and water bill. If this is a company that wanted to help, then why didn't they try to locate the previous company that had actually misapplied her money instead of still taking her money. This situation puts her in a bind every month because it shows little compassion for the low income people.

We understand from our research that this is indeed one of the worse institutions to ever exist. This entity is laced with malicious dealings, very hostile workers who can barely speak the language of the land or any other language and there are bullies all over the place who steal money and do bad acts.

If I could give half a star, I would. For any issue with your rental property, the standard response from Bayview is something like "You're on your own... May the odds be ever in your favor". Some of THE worst customer service human beings in the world. The Worst.

This probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are very intimidating on the phone and refuse to answer emails. They use unethical tactics and lie. Avoid this company at all costs.
