A lot of affordable housing/low income tenants, extremely noisy during night hours. I had to call the police several times. Also throwing garbage from the windows and leaving trash at stairs and the elevator. It’s too bad because this complex could be a really nice one. Management said they can’t do much because of the city laws.

Also The local grocery store has closed a month ago because of high theft rates.

I’ve lived at Bayside for 3+ years and have always had a pleasant experience. The complex is in a prime location, rents are decent and apartments are nice. The leasing agent, Bahman Nazari, has been super helpful throughout my stay. I’ve often gone to him with complaints and questions and he’s always been accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place to live in the city!

The apartment has decent amenities, but lacks security. There have been multiple instances of homeless folks gaining entry into community.
Also, the utility bills are very high here with amounts averaging to about 350-400 per unit for water, sewage and trash

Avoid this community at all costs. The management is unprofessional and unresponsive. In just two months, there have been multiple break-ins, homeless individuals camping in the garden and using the community hot tub and an incident where someone was screaming and attempting to break into a building at 2 a.m.

There’s been a car break-in, a stolen license plate from the garage and one resident even had rodent damage to his car wiring which cost him 1500$.

On top of that, water and trash bills are inexplicably high and pests are an ongoing issue that management continues to dismiss. If I could, I would move out immediately. This has been the worst living experience

Not a lot of positives here apart from the location.
There are regular break ins to the ‘gated’ buildings.
Not happened to me but other residents have reported about vandalism with their cars multiple times in secured garages.
Homeless people have chased down residents and tried tailgating, sometimes successful sometimes unsuccessful. Electricity is honestly the cheapest utility, because you are responsible for that. All others are billed via bayside or 3rd party, and are skyrocketing to the roof, why, you’ll never know. If you ask, you will not get a valid response or itemized receipt, and just excuses. Management might talk to you sweetly sometimes, or bluntly make it your own fault. The neighborhood market got closed as well this year after 35 years, lol they left too.

Usually we don’t get good maintenance service from bayside but this time my experience was different. Jonathan went above & beyond to help out and made my move easier into the new home.

I enjoyed my experience living at bayside village. No complaints at all. Starting from move-in experience, Bahman Narazi went out of his way responding to me on his off days so I could finish my application. He showed me all the pros and cons of the place, tried to understand my needs and helped me find a good apartment.

The location of the place is also great. It is close to muni, caltrain, ball park, chase center. It is safe to live and close enough to eventful spots to have fun in.

Unlike some other shady property management companies, Brookfield did not try to charge me for unnecessary charges during move out. I kept my place clean and tidy and I was given a full refund for my security deposit.

Even though the building is old, they constantly work on keeping it updates with new package room, gym, social lounges etc.

I have lived at Bayside for many years and I can confidently say that the exceptional service provided by Bahman is one of the standout aspects of my experience.

From the very beginning, Bahman has been incredibly welcoming, professional, responsive and attentive. He has helped me change apartments and renew my lease in the most genuine and caring way providing excellent advice. Any maintenance requests are addressed promptly and efficiently by him, often within the same day.

In summary, Bahman is a fantastic property manager, who consistently exceeds expectations. His dedication, professionalism, and personable nature make living at Bayside Village an absolute pleasure.
