I have been a client for a couple of years. Over the last 12 months I have been unable to get the firm to respond to my emails and phone calls. I manage to get a connection in about 1 out of ten attempts to speak with them, even in the off-tax season

My assigned accountant, Mason, has not spoken to me in about a year, though the agency has assured me that he is still with them

I have received messages from the IRS that some returns were not filed, as indicated by BayWide, and have yet to get someone there to return my calls and answer inquiries.

At this point, I am also concerned about the quality of the tax advice I was given as well.

I am hopeful this review will provoke some response from the firm and I am now actively looking for another agency

I have been supporting John the owner of Bay wide tax since 2010, not sure why why the whole office including him acting so rude and unprofessional. It's sad to see people when they come up , forgot about the people that supported him in the first place!!! Iast year he made a mistake in my tax return cause he was so busy !! Cost me 1000 dollars , this year I emailed him all my paperwork last Wednesday. Until now he has not returned my calls or filled my taxes !!! Wasted my time for a week and now I have to find someone else to file my taxes. People save yourself trouble and go somewhere else this guys are rude and dont know-how to file taxes.If they let me give minus - 5 stars for costing me a $1000 last year and wasting my time this year without filling !!!! They will loose a lot of business if they keep messing up people's taxes and treating people this way.
Here is the updates from John's: he just called me minutes ago and he was being so sarcastic saying : "please don't leave me , I need you money!!! Being very disrespectful and childish, then he called me names and using very bad words !!! So unprofessional and childish!! What kinda of person does that Whoever Is reading my review , please go support someone else, he doesn't deserve it and he acting like he' doesn't need the money.

Just based on the phone call with Jonathan today, he is so knowledgeable, easy to ask my questions and he clearly answers them. How refreshing to find a tax service that delivers like this. I will see him in January for our taxes but I feel so at ease now that he explained things to me clearly. I highly recommend Jonathan and his team!

Professional and knowledagble like most tax firms, but what makes them the best is there communication and responsiveness. They will talk to you and take care of you. Please give them a chance. Very nice and hard working staff.
