Rave: Has always been a good spot. Feel safe at this location. Six triple load machines and the rest single load top load machines. Available folding tables. On site dispenser for purchasing single use laundry detergent packs and a coin dispenser. Parking in the front and the rear.

The only rants I can think of, is that one, the business was sold to a new owner about 5-6 years ago. There was a “Fluff and Fold” service that operated within the establishment and new owners discontinued that service?

The second rant is that the dryers were dialed down, I guess to save energy costs? So, it takes more coins than it used to, to dry a load of laundry.

STAY AWAY - This location and charlotte’s Laundromat are one in the same - defective machines, no onsite personnel and no contact number for assistance makes for a horrible experience if anything goes wrong - as it did for me! Machine did not work properly and we were left paying another time for a working washing machine AFTER the first machine unlocked. Waste of time and money!

When it comes to state or government agencies usually it can be a pain most of the time but at the transitional assistance department in Barstow I would say it's about 50/50 half the time you'll get someone with a heart who sees you as a person who is going through a hard time and just needs a bit of help with just a touch of compassion and not judgment unfortunately the other half of the time you speak to someone who I understand probably has to deal with some pretty terrible people a lot of the time but when they're doing it to everyone regardless it's just hurtful and frustrating when you're in need of help and feeling vulnerable and the person talking to you treat you as if you're a worthless piece of dirt and is very short condescending and judgmental towards you just because of your needing help or in my case a lot of the times my appearance which I'll never understand just because I have a rare personality type people tend to see me as intimidating until they actually talk to me and realize I'm a pretty down to earth logical respectful human being who seeks to treat all people with respect as that's how I would like to be treated but such is life right people are people and it's usually about 50/50 half the time it's good half the time it's bad

If I could give NEGATIVE stars, I would. The machines don't work half the time, and today someone put FECES IN MY LOAD OF CLOTHES. So I had to wash them again.

No number to call or worker washer didn't work causing me to spend an extra $3 and and extra hour at laundry waiting for timer because door was locked on machine never spinner or never filled with water waste of time money soap and Downy
