This branch of this bank has low ratings for good reason. As I’m trying to sell my fifth wheel to one of its members, they would not let them wire me the money. They wouldn’t state it on the phone but it was obvious that they suspected fraud on my part. They made it to where there was no way for me to confirm that I wasn’t committing fraud.
So instead of being able to wire me the money, we had to go through a whole three week process with mailing checks, depositing the check, and waiting for it to be lifted from hold. Absolutely despicable that this bank did not want to act as a bank. When on the phone with them trying to figure out the best way to complete the transaction, they refused to help us with any other solution and the manager refused to talk to me. I do not recommend banking here if you want to move your money at all. Selling this trailer was a huge blessing for us but we had to do so with this bank almost making it impossible. This bank gets an F. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

This bank is terrible with customer relations. Been dealing with them for a long time and the one banker that I stayed for left a few years ago.. today I went to send a wire and got a teller that had no idea what she was doing. She had to ask and ask directions for other and had to wait for us to 5 minutes each time. Then she said wire was sent and it wasn't. I asked to close my account and had to see branch manager and she was very rude to me. Bank somewhere else!!!

Samantha at the Craig branch was witnessed speaking very unprofessionally and demeaning to a hispanic customer in front of her child. Asking for her for id "IF she had one from here". This was said with a smirk. We never received statements, though it has been requested multiple times. They are never available by phone and we were locked out of the app several times and never received assistance as requested.
