Poor customer service, nobody answers the phone ever ! Their business account banking is awful you can only spend 2k per transaction, good luck running a business like that.

Here to change my review and edit…. the regional manager Gretchen reached out to me immediately and she was amazing at explaining my options and got my account dialed in. Thank you so very much Mrs Gretchen bank of Stockton is lucky to have you.

Wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone, horrible customer service and won’t help you if you have a dispute. Last year I had evidence that Amazon had riped me off and charged me three times. But they sided with Amazon even though I showed them I had only bought the item once and I had been charged twice more. Now they decided to put a hold onto every direct deposit check that comes in. Even though I get paid every Friday and now I can’t pay my rent on time because of this. Worst decision I’ve ever made I’d suggest going to a different bank.
