Absolute horrible banking experience. The GM’s are rude. The line is long. The ATM’s some time work. Should just close all the brick and mortar as they have serve no purpose!

This bank is the absolute worst. Always....ALWAYS understaffed at the counter. Always a half-hour waiting for teller service. In addition, always small-talking with customers at the counter instead of shutting up (or shutting them up) to get more transactions processed. Like you don't have enough evidence by this point that you need to hire more staff? "F" for customer service. Bank is too big for its own good.

The customer service is this particular location is the worse that I’ve ever seen. Their competitor Arvest have teller/drive through service and Bank of American closed all of theirs. They never answer their phone, they are rude, uninformed and simply don’t care about customers. They also do nothing to earn the business of with new customers or the current customers that they have.

Crappy service. I talked to a woman on the phone about doing a notary republic. Was told I could be squeezed in. Now I'm told they can't do it. This place is a DEI nightmare.

I had a few questions about my business account, and was unable to make an appointment online that worked with my schedule. I walked in expecting to have to book an appointment to get help, but Jennifer Roman was SO gracious and fit me in right before she had someone else. She barely had 10 minutes to help me out, and she did everything I needed and went out of her way to help me out. I’m so thankful for her kindness and willingness to help in a pinch!

Worst banking experience of my life. First, lobby opens at 10am and closes at 4pm. Secondly, a human drive thru is never open, only the ATM's. I go to deposit a large cashiers check(guaranteed from another bank) and the ATM will not except it. Now, this is 8:30 so I can not simply walk into lobby and deposit the check. Oh, this is after attempting to go at 11am on the Saturday before. I have now called through the phone kiosk 5x w/no answer and forced to schedule an appoint to deposit a check. It's literally like this bank hates money. I will start the process today to move every account I have w/BOA. If I ran my business this way I would not have a business.

Needed to cash a simple check. Stood in line over 15 minutes. There were 4 people ahead of me. There was only one register open. 5 employees including the 1 teller. I left the bank without cashing the check
And loosing 30 minutes of my life at the worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of visiting.
No stars is more applicable here.
