Security just sits and watches movies

This Banc is getting worst as time goes by. Closes at 4 pm and doesn't open on Saturday, even though Saturdays are short days for operating hours. I'm very disappointed at this‼️

Vanessa was may teller the experience was horrible. Using a check drawn from the same bank I had to wait several minutes for some made up reason. Vanessa claims to only be doing her job which is understandable but frankly it was inconvenient and a waste of my time. Never with all my bank accounts have I ever waited 35 mins to cash a check.
