I bought a beautiful box truck from enterprise rental they suggested Balboa Capitol to me. My credit was good so all I needed to do was sign on the dotted line.The first year no problem then one day I noticed in an email that my note went from 700.00 to over 1000.00.I was shocked, this had to be a mistake because I had automatic payments so I was never late.One of their tactics was to say they hadn't received a current insurance certificate. My insurance company said it was sent. However Balboa didn't really want it because I had my insurance company send it several times but.....they said they were soooooo back logged they would not get it in time so I had to create a portal but in the mean time I had to pay an extra 350.00 dollars which again was automatically deducted from my account along with my 700.00. It was so frustrating i had my account refinanced with my bank.Do not.... I repeat DO NOT DEAL WITH BALBOA CAPITOL UNLESS YOU ENJOY ANGER ,PAIN, AND PUNISHMENT FOR TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING.

Worst company there is out there. If I could give them a zero I would but the system only let's you put a one. They are terrible, they make you waste your time .I had Trevor helping me get a business loan and I had to be following up all the time, Calling him and it took him 3 weeks with me calling to check on the loan for him to tell me that were hick ups., and I didn't even get it.. i did another loan and i had the answer within minutes.They are just so bad overall.

Zero stars for Balboa Financial!! Stay away from them they practice unfair business transactions. They tack on extremely high late fees when your account isn't even late. They posted a 30-60-90 day delinquency when our account was current with the exception of their bogus late fee! Do no use these people you will regret it!!
