I give less than one star. You all could do better with snow and ice on the sidewalks. I'm very disappointed we should at least get the service we pay for! I just got done removing ice thats now water and will refreeze do something!!!!

Wish I could leave zero stars. Axis manages the HOA for my neighborhood and this year billed me double stating I didn't pay last year. I have provided the receipt as well as my bank statement but when I call to talk about resolution, Cynthia is extremely rude.

Axis Management is not good for HOA management. I received an annual bill (due within a couple weeks of when we received it) for the HOA that had a website on it. The website did not work. I called and called to see if I could pay it over the phone, and no one answered. That same day, we physically went to the location to pay (during normal business hours, according to Google), and there was a sign on the door that said “Closed. Will Return: ” with a clock on it, and the hands are ripped off the clock. We dropped off a check at the drop box with a note stating when we paid so it wouldn’t be late. Come to find out later (from a neighbor, not from the company), that the bill was for the incorrect amount. We paid way too much. They also let me know that we will be refunded by the company. None of this information came from Axis Management. We never got any notice that the annual dues were decreasing. We’ve never received any notice from them for anything, until we got the annual dues and owed them money. I emailed them in April, after I found out that we paid too much, then I emailed them again in May, and then June, and I finally got a reply after my fourth email in July. They are impossible to get a hold of, in person, through phone, or email. They cashed my check super fast, and took forever to get me my refund.
Another issue: I went through the proper channels to do an upgrade to the outside of my home, and they never reached out to me. I had to pay them to submit the application for approval or denial of my request. I submitted everything, and paid the $50 application fee and the only time I ever got a reply (if I even got one) from them was when I reached out and inquired about it. Their own application said that it could take up to 30 days to process, and it took longer than that. That timeframe resulted in the price of the product increasing by $200, and my previous pricing quote could not be honored because too much time had passed.
They also do not enforce any of the HOA rules for our neighborhood. Not sure what my money is being used for. I’ve asked, and not gotten a response.

After asking for copies of home owners board minutes and being alerted to meetings they still cannot find it in their heart to give us needed information after months of phone calls, reminders, messages etc.
They have zero interest in providing basic communication to those who are stuck in a situation where the HOA had moved into their purview. Would highly recommend any homeowner having to deal with them to hire you own personal employee for forty hours a week to call them every five minutes or you might as well just walk outside once a month and throw your money in the wind. You will at least have the pleasure of watching your money fly away as opposed to just disappear into an impermeable black box of non-responsive obfuscation and incompetence.

My bill didn’t have the name of the company on it and looked like it could be a scam. I called costumer service and was sent to voicemail, so I left a message. 5 days later and no callback, so I called them again. The lady picked up and was rude and seemed irritated with me right off the bat.
Update:
Tried to pay my bill online through the website that was on the bill. My house wasn’t listed on the website so I called the office. The lady said that they don’t take online payments, even though there was a website listed on my bill. So I tried to pay over though phone and she said they don’t do over the phone payments either. I’m having trouble just paying my bill. Terrible service.

I have been working on refinancing my condo. I have hit a bump in the road and needed to make sure axis management had FHA approval. I have called 2 times a day for several days, left multiple messages and multiple emails. When I walked into the office (that had a notice on their door they were closed) I was not treated any better. The person I needed to talk to was out of the office. I have been calling and emailing since before he was out of the office. I would not recommend working with this company If you don’t have to.

The worst property management company I've ever dealt with! Not only have I been a property manager for work in my past, I also am on the board where I live. I have dealt with many management companies
This is the worst, laziest, rudest and most incompetent company I have ever dealt with.
Every time something goes wrong they blame someone else it's never their fault but they will not get you the Financial's, minutes for meetings or even the rules and regulations as you move in period. These reviews speak for themselves very clearly.
Congratulations on being the worst management company ever!

Worst company ever! The lawn maintenance crew cut my cable line, ran over my downspout and ran over my edging with their riding lawn. I can't get a response from this company, they won't even respond to give me the lawn companies information. I have asked several times over 5 years for the financial books and board meeting minutes and have either been ignored or told they are working on it. Since I have lived in my home, again for 5 years now, the HOA board has never met! I can't even get names or contact information for the board members to express my concerns about this property management company. I could go on and on but I would avoid working with Axis Management and their rude, unprofessional and dishonest employees. Negative stars
