This company will do anything in its power to get that extra month out of you for their own pockets, I have all the money ready to pay off the loan and they giving me different stories everytime when I try to pay it all. First when I tried to pay it it’s every 15 minutes, then 30 minutes, then 1 day, then a week, now I’m ending up sending a wire. Very unclear. At least the people answered the phone. But I suggest you find another loan company most of the cases these companies work with shady business’s

My auto insurance was good thru 12/10/24 and I renewed my policy with another carrier on 12/11/24. They told me I had a lapse in coverage and will be charged $92.00. Not sure why they won't help me. I guest their policy is their policy and are about making money. Not a good experience in dealing with this company.

The worst company ever, they don't care about you they only care about themselves. Their the most selfish group ever and they never give you satisfaction. I wish there would be a -5 stars on here cause I most def would give it to them. They need to be stopped from taking advantage from people.

So I've been paying for 24months and supposedly I still owe them what they financed me for. And they're worthles workers don't do anything except yell at you if you request for an update!!

It’s very rare that you’ll speak with someone that knows what they’re doing. Most of the workers on their customer service line will speak over you, not listen to what you’re saying, and then transfer you to another department that can not help you- ending in a cycle of BS, to be frank. Maybe they don’t get paid enough so they just don’t care? I don’t know, but I’m so very thankful to no longer have to deal with this company. Please find another company to work with if you’re able to. If not, then I’m sending you ALL the good vibes and hang in there.

My experience with automotive credit corporation was the worst experience Worst loan company I have used I would naver EVER use them again I have paid all my truck payment on time every time for the last couple years I have Had my truck up until recently my truck caught on fire and my insurance company paid them then my gap insurance kicked in and they still wanted more money said I owe them $699
Asked to talk to a supervisor or manager or somebody above to figure this out and they told me they are gonna tell me the same thing mind you I told him the deal about the truck being in a fire My insurance has been paid them and we were just waiting on the The loan company itself to send paperwork over to Gap insurance it took them a month to send the paper to them like why they are all about scamming people They are scammers to top it all off months prior to this they said I made a late payment. I checked my bank statement and I made. The payment before the due date, but I still got something on my credit saying I have a late payment from them This is the worst car I have ever ever ever been to from now on. I will be doing reviews and looking at reviews at car loan companies because this is uncalled for I work hard for my money. For them to think they can just steal it on Un Acceptable this is not the end of it, and I will be calling better business burial

We had got a loan from them from vans and trucking a lot we had a warranty on the part that they said they was going to fix on the van. They kept bringing it back in and they always made an excuses for the part. We contact them about the piece and they said they was gonna get in contact with the band service and they was gonna roast something out with us. The van went out. We had to pay a lot of money for parts and labor for the van to be back running, they had told us that they was gonna work with us, but never did. They came and took the van in front of our house they want us to pay for the time that the van was out of commission as well and we had to put all the money back into the van. When the van broke down we told them they can come and get the van. They told us that they would work with us and to send them the receipts we did that this not the only thing is other things that need to be done with the van, but we reached out to them so many times and they always justify the reason that they was gonna put in the ticket. They was gonna reach out to them. They was gonna work with us and we trying to catch up with our payments with the van. Advise anybody that want to get along, please don’t go through these companies. The brokers have nasty attitudes. Don’t know how to talk to you and beat around the bush when confronting them about things that they told us they was gonna do this company should not be in business. they really don’t need no stars

Terrible company to ever work with I managed to pay most of my car off within 2 years (mind you I had 5 yrs to pay it off) and still 3 years in I owe almost the same amount I left the dealer with! Customer service really sucks because it’s never the same person to speak too and nobody ever knows what’s going on. Regardless of insurance they seem to always sneak their own into your plan without giving any type of notice. You can be on time every month and out of no where they’ll call about an “issue” that happened months ago and they’re just now trying to charge you for it making your next monthly payment outrageous also making you probably late.

It's pretty pathetic when you're company gets a 1star review and somehow you're still in business, iv had a loan with acc unfortunately for 2 years, iv never gotten a deferment i recently requested one and was told i needed to make such and such amount to get it, called to make the payment and was declined my deferment because now the balance that was quoted to me went up due to interest accumulated, which i understand the way interest works, as i myself work for a finance company and would NEVER offer my customers such horrible services as iv received with ACC they don't work with you and are no help!! i requested a CEASE and DESIST on my account to avoid their harassment and not get their phn calls I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME!!! this place is a joke!
