I parked at the credit union parking lot 15 minutes before closing time today,Saturday, as the Publix parking lot was packed. There were only two cars in the parking lot which has 20 or so parking spots. Business was closing.

I came out to find this snotty note.

Auburn University Credit Union has been the best bank I’ve worked with. The staff is AWESOME!! Especially Ms. Janice Finley who has helped me with several loans in the loan department. Shane Smith has consistently demonstrated exceptional service at Auburn University Credit Union. The atmosphere at this institution goes beyond the typical banking experience, creating a sense of family rather than the impersonal feel of a traditional ‘big banks.’ Shane’s extensive knowledge in everyday banking needs and expertise in handling loans, financing etc., has been invaluable. Shane takes the time to explain the process, which you do not get these days anymore. Joining the AUCU family has been a decision I wish I had made sooner, and my interactions with Shane have consistently been a pleasure. I would recommend this bank to anyone. They are the Chick-Fil-A version of banking when it comes to their service!
