Had a very poor experience. Met with Fran to get everything started (as this is my first year filing with them) and everything was great. Once everything was prepared and we got our tax return, I had some questions about what deductions we received so I contacted the office. Laura told me to email Fran about my questions and she was less than willing to answer them. She ended up firing us and did not file our taxes. If you are looking for an accountant that can explain deductions or other aspects of your tax return to you, this is unfortunately not the place for you.
