Brian - the BBB file has been in the works. Don’t worry. I’ve paid my fees, had no cars towed and had zero violations and still met with attitudes and constant unprofessional hostility. To even have the audacity to try to go tit for tat with me and assume I’m a “certain” type of person who then *deserves* to be treated with disrespect from your sham of a business and needs to provide exact receipts for your blatant lack of proper business etiquttte shows exactly who your family run business is. Thank you.

Everyone on here would be happier reporting to the Better Business Bureau in hopes to have a new management company or perhaps even a raise with a mandatory attitude change and a class on customer service?

If you are curious as to where our frustration as a community comes from towards this property management team, please go ahead and check every single one star review that’s placed and maybe you’ll get an understanding as a whole where the frustration comes from. I understand what it’s like to be dealing with customers day after day and how overtime it makes you bitter and sour and hating life and the job that you have, but the palpable attitude and condescending tone and quite frankly just blatant bad customer service is where my review comes from. I have had elderly neighbors and other associates who have called for simple requests, only to have hung up and later questioned how they can pay fees to a management company that lacks so much respect for themselves and others. I'll start by saying I rarely leave reviews on any Platform but I feel the need to share so other HOA boards are aware of how poorly this companyis with communication and rudeness.

As an agent in South Florida selling 50 + properties per year, this is one of the worst property management companies I have ever dealt with.

One of the property Managers Francesca is not only rude, but also poorly educated on the HOA laws.

She is super slow to answer emails if ever at all and when she does only has excuses for her lack of communication.

This companies lack of communcation and proffesionalism has caused my clients thousands of dollars.

If you are thinking of hiring them to manage your property, I would run very fast in the other direction

VERY RUDE staff and no customer support provided. Do not hire them!!!

After changing my bank, I sent a new authorization form for automatic payments from my new bank. In the form provided, I added a checkmark next to savings, and provided the routing and account number of my savings account. However, APM tried to withdraw money from another one of my accounts which was not unauthorized and as a result it was denied.

When I called the office, I spoke to Karen Catalano who was very rude, and I was told that I have to pay a $50 penalty fee because the withdrawal they attempted was denied. I explained to Karen that I should not have to pay a $50 fee because they made a mistake, and they used the wrong account which was not authorized by me.

When I called again to confirm the payment information and address where I need to mail my payment, Karen again was very rude and she hung up the phone. I called again and she did not pick it up.

What a horrible experience for something that could have been solved immediately.

HORIBLE COMPANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT, AND I AM SURPRISED THEY ARE STILL IN BUSSINESS after reading so many bad customer reviews !!!

This property management team are the worst most unprofessional bunch of people i've ever met. They disrespect you by not answering emails and phone calls while trying to get approval. Now after living in my house less than a month they want to bring up parking violations stating how my cars are parked in my driveway. At least 20 other homes have real parking violations and they choose to pick on us because we have high end cars we can afford and they don't like that. Never will understand why put these kind of people in charge when clearly based on their Google reviews they don't do a good job at their job at all. They have done nothing but cause stress through this whole house buying process and it's people like them why America is the way it is.

Horrible customer service, no people skills whatsoever- especially from property managers. Only hope they get the same service that they deal out everywhere they go. And no, I didn’t call with a preconceived attitude or opinions, generally looked for information and in return received garbage from garbage people.
To add, I find it hilarious that the only positive reviews are obviously from HOA board members.. how ironic!

I’ve only ever came in contact with one person that was polite and unfortunately he retired and is no longer there. What a miserable office to work in.

When you search google, you see it says "4.8 Stars Based on 1,153 Real Client Reviews." When you investigate this this links to a company called "Real Client Reviews" which says "TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR ONLINE REVIEWS". And you can't leave a review. Deceptive and sneaky.

Grounds in place I live (Tradewinds, Dos Lagos) have gone downhill. Serious health issue (rats in attic) that is not adequately addressed.
Constant staff turnover, the new worse than the last. They to do not respond to emails. Finally went to their office and raised a ruckus to get attention. The owner's wife is nasty. They keep the door to the office locked. If they buzz you in, they do not let you into the offices. They make you stand behind a locked barn door. They have a security shield on the top of the barn door. What looked like a security guard escorted me out of the office. I AM SURE I WAS NOT THE FIRST UPSET COSTUMER THERE)

It took over three weeks for them to fix a roof issue.

I have put in a complaint with the state.
They do not tell neighbors to stop littering, even though I emailed the property manager about it. about this in too.
Sprinkler system is in disrepair.
Associate Property Management has had tax liens placed.
The owner has another business called mmg professionals
No online portal for communities they manage. Hey it is 2024!
