Great company to do work for! The payments show within 15 days of the invoice getting sent out compared to others that are net 60 to 90 days. They’re on top with reaching out early to secure services that will happen in a couple months later like landscaping services which we conduct. They’re also quick with responses for issues and have great customer support. We took on an HOA for them after the previous contractor had messed up a lot and left the property in terrible condition. They helped to get us and with maintaining the property and we do it with a five star service. I do see some reviews, bashing the work, but at the end of the day, it’s not AMP who chooses the company it’s the board, which shouldn’t reflect badly across them.

This company took over property management for our HOA. The first snow storm we had 14” of snow, after being snowed in for 4 days (after the snow stopped) we had to shovel it ourselves. I contacted them several times and they kept telling me they were working on it. Now it has a snowed again over the last couple of days. Snow stopped two days ago and our driveway is still unplowed. Our previous property management was great, this company is a joke. Stay away!

HOA regulations mean nothing. The regs say fences must be vinyl or wrought iron, but if you want to put up a crappy wood fence just request a variance from the "architectural review committee." Total eyesore going up next to us after we spent big dollars on a vinyl fence. Infuriating. I feel like we bought the house under false pretenses, because an HOA is supposed to prevent eyesores and instead this one enables them. They are a joke. If I could turn the clock back a year and buy somewhere else, I would.

Awful management of our development. Have been requesting that the area behind our fence get treated for over a year with no successful response. Other issues they are not addressing include pond management and other landscaping issues. Although Julie’s emails were quick, they were never helpful and never addressed the full issue.

If I could give less stars I would. Unfortunately, our contact is Samantha Reinhart and she has been beyond frustrating to deal with. She is not only incompetent, but unprofessional, condescending, and snide. I have dealt with many management companies and this is beyond the worst one. If you want to give money to a company that specializes in selective discrimination... this is your place.

Should be renamed "Associated Property Mismanagement".

Awful company to be stuck dealing with. They continually lie, don't follow through, don't make things right, and ultimately they don't take responsibility for anything. Shannon is awful to interface with, and can't handle anything without getting her emotions involved. I've had to deal with Kyle in the past too and agree with other reviewers experiences.

This hoa does the bare minimum. I called to ask for snow removal of the side walks and the walkways from everyone’s condo, considering we do pay the Hoa for snow removal and their rep stated that the city is supposed to clean the sidewalk and our walkways. This forces our children and other pedestrians to have to walk in the street due to their lack of service. I can’t wait to sell my home, I can’t do another HOA, it’s not for me.
