Personally, I expect all business to to offer the above traits. However, with ever changing and expensive P&C insurance, a fancy web site is not a reason to enroll with any ole insurance company. Advice, knowledge and a comfortable rapport with my agent is paramount. Chelsea @ Associated Agents Insurance exceeded my requirements. Not only did Chelsea save me $$$$ she gave excellent insight as to the coverage my family needed. What a great insurance company with great agents. They are patient with the clients and will always be their when you need them. I can email or call Chelsea and she will always get back to me with minutes. The rates are the best in town; match that with world class customer service and its a winning combo. They insure many of my friends and family and I have been with Chelsea and the Associated Agents Insurance group for almost 3 years. Do yourself a favor and give them a call!

Associated Agent Insurance has been our companies insurance agency for years. We are a construction management firm and not only do we need to be on top of our insurance needs, we need to be on top of our sub-contractors insurance as well. Associated Agents is an awesome insurance company. I am a small millwork company and they have, on numerous occasions, treated me like I was one of their biggest clients. Sheri and Alison have come thru for me countless times. Their response time is truly lightening fast.
