Exceptional Community, Wonderful Staff!

I've lived in Cobblestone for 1 year and can't say enough wonderful things about our homeowners association! The staff, led by Crystal Nachbar, are incredibly responsive, friendly and dedicated.

The community events are well-organized, and amenities are always immaculate. Our neighborhood feels like family!

Special shoutout to Crystal Nachbar, Paul Clenista and Jessica Sewell for their exceptional assistance.

This was my first time at the office. The lady was really nice and attentive. You don’t have that many nice people in this world anymore that go to work and like what they do. She greeted me, helped and was never rude. I haven’t been helped like this in a long time. This make me know she’s a good worker and there are few people like her now and days.

Jessica responds quickly with important info. I'm new to this community and greatly appreciate her keeping me informed and up to date of the rules (especially the NO street parking). Since there are no signs indicating this and the HOA governing docs are over 700 pages in length, small issues like this one arise and it's helpful to have a knowledgeable and courteous association manager who informs professionally. Randy Vogel

Johan is well prepared for our HOA board meetings. He does research ahead of time to anticipate issues that may come up. He is knowledgeable on what is going on in the industry and further checks on issues that we may have questions on. He is prompt in returning emails and addressing concerns.

Just wanted to let you know that Stacy Dougherty has been very helpful. Just received her as a contact for two properties that Associa took over that we needed to update their information. I was given her phone number and when called she answered right away and after our discussion sent an email to confirm the info. The next day we needed info on another property we had just learned changed management and she was able to get back to me very quickly on this one as well so our records could be updated correctly. Great working with people that understand that quick response is what keeps things moving and records clean. Thansks DS
