Kim Bowman, Community Associations Manager is truly exceptional! She is incredibly smart, professional and diplomatic. I usually call her in a panic, and she responds immediately. She knows the right people to call to fix problems.
They know her, and how seriously she takes her incredible responsibilities. They respond quickly and usually in person. Recently, I sent Kim a panicked e-mail over the weekend, about a possible insurance coverage issue. Her out of office e-mail response informed me of her return to work on Monday.
Two minutes later, she called me and put my mind at ease. World class customer service is what you get with Kim, in every situation. She is the best. Clients appreciate her as do the many contractors she works with. We're so fortunate to have someone of her caliber managing out community! Thank you, Kim Bowman!!
