I want to mention that my experience with Mimi, since I moved in about 2 years ago has been absolutely wonderful. She is, professional, kind and extremely quick with responding to my emails. She has gone over and beyond to help me with situations.

Unorganized, unprofessional and possibly unscrupulous management company. They do not keep their promises. We have to followup numerous times and they unreachable most of the time. They add unreasonable charges. Stay away.

After they responded I contacted them and went through all that happened. Jackie who has contacted me apologized and said that the amount is refunded and I will see it in 6-7 days. Of course I didn't see that even one month in and then she stopped responding to mail as well. Associa quality 😅

Associa has been managing my central New Jersey community for about a year...They have absolutely no idea what they are doing and are the most unprofessional, incompetent' management company we have ever had....Can't imagine who is writing all these glowing reviews.....Any community considering Associa as a management company should think again...Asocia is simply a terrible management company and makes no effort to improve, despite the dissatisfaction of most residents..Simply an awful management company that should not be a management company. Horrendous!!!.
