After 12 years of helping maintain and being a dang near perfect tenant, I can’t express enough how much I appreciate Mel taking such good care, patience and kindness during my mom’s move out process. This move was not anticipated so soon, but Mel explained everything and was so understanding. Not to mention she was able to deal with mom’s quick witted kids. And we understand how a business is ran, but appreciate the help and support of Mel through the process!

Would give zero stars if possible. Adding false money onto your account and then telling you they are going to take it off and then come back to say I have to pay it or I will be evicted for an error on their part is wild. Do not recommend ever renting from them they are disgusting and will treat you horribly. Not to mention all their places fall apart at the seams everything is cheap. Nikki is by far the rudest person I’ve worked with in renting, she seems nice at first then lies to you and denies you to speak with owner/ upper management asked for phone number or email and she gave me her email and number so that I wasn’t able to speak with them. Thinking about getting legal action because this is wrong on their part in so many ways.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They put an extra month's rent charge on our account and blamed the auto charge system. They would not respond to calls or texts. They then told me they could not pay me back for another week due to the accountant being out.

This is a wonderful property management company. I have mostly talked with Nikki and she is so kind and understanding. Every time I call the office my situation gets handled immediately. They have made things happen for my rental that I’ve waited so long for. They are always on time when they come for inspection or repairs. I put in a request and then within hours someone was out to take care of the issue. These people are wonderful and so helpful. Thank you all so much!!

Having a $200 dollar late fee per day and your not supposed to work on the house but yet they want you to work on the house for free. To bad I can't give them a -10 star review worst property management I have ever delt with in my life.
