This Company was recommended to us by our Accountant. We are a small family owned business under 10 employees that wanted to start a 401k plan for our employees. We didn't have any inkling of how to go about this. With advice we listened and shared numbers and was crystal clear about the profits of the company. Asset strategy recommended a Safe Harbor account.
We asked questions like could we afford to do this? Not having any inkling of the administration or recordkeeping costs to run a 401k! We kept wanting a simple plan and start small. Unfortunately, for us we were given the worst advise. Asset Strategy is suppose to be a fiduciary Company. But they only did what was in their best interest. We had to shut the 401k down before it bankrupted the company. If you are a small business I do not recommend using this company. We did not have fiduciary experience. We changed to Ivy Wealth and bar none the best experience and advice. This is a good Company for small businesses.
