We have been renting one of their houses for almost 5 years now. They have always been very helpful and easy to work with. The maintenance man is great! I'd definitely recommend going with asset management if you're debating.

Never rent from this company. Avoid at all costs. The maintenance man isn't available for emergency situations over weekends or within 24 hours. He smelled strongly of cigarettes and used our bathroom without asking. The office smells of cigarettes and the workers aren't helpful. I've called five times before getting a return call. I moved into a house that had never been cleaned, yet they charged us 250 dollars of our deposit and we left the place spotlesss. They don't regularly mow the lawn or remove branches/snow.

Please, please, please never rent from this company! They made so many promises to us just to get us into the apartment and once we were in they did not uphold their promises!! Our apartment was constantly filled with cigarette and marijuana smoke on a daily basis from our next door neighbors!! We made several complaints against this because I had just had my second daughter and my oldest daughter was almost a toddler. I explained to them before we moved in that I did not want my babies to experience 2nd hand smoke and we even got a letter from their doctor asking for us to be removed from our lease due to the smirking and harm that it could cause the babies, or move us to a new unit, neither of the two happened! We had to forcefully break our lease because they were not concerned with the wellbeing of our children. They also did not refund us our deposit because they had to make up the difference in what they would lose by us not continuing to rent from them, so they made up all these lies about the conditions of the town home when the issues they stayed were issues that were there before we moved in which were part of the promises that they did not uphold. We begged and begged for them to allow us to break our lease early due to the extreme 2nd hand smoke nature and I called the office several times and spoke with the manager and she would always say "I'm sorry you can't break your lease because we can't have the building siting all winter and not be in use" basically saying we need your money to keep the townhome warm and running because we don't have anybody to put in there!! What?!!! Did I not tell you as well as my doctor that my CHILDREN should not and I did not want them around that powerful smoke they use to fill our ENTIRE townhome! Shame on them for allowing my babies to suffer for all those months because they wanted our money more than for us to be healthy! Will never rent from them again nor do I recommend them for anyone.

I haven't lived in their apartments but they are responsible for the driveway where their office is and it is full of deep holes and is never sanded properly in the winter. Low riding wheelchair vehicles can get in or out the driveway without scraping the ground or doing major damage if you hit the potholes.

Rented me an apartment with pee stains all over the carpet, then sued me for the carpet. I took photos of the carpet the day I moved in, but sadly they were lost when my computer crashed. Take photos when you move in and make sure they’re saved in multiple places.
