The first debt collection company who has been unprofessional enough to call me at my workplace, a violation of law. I am currently making monthly payments to other debt collectors due to their professionalism and the appropriate ways they reached out to me. I appreciated that other companies emailed me about my debt, or left a voicemail. This company will call you at your work, demanding to speak to you when they already have your cell phone number. Yikes. Definitely not setting up a payment plan of any kind until you stop calling me at my workplace. Joke of a company.
