Absolute horrible company
I was supposed to recertify in april 2020 all schools were shut down due to covid. So they gave grace period . Makes sense right. Nope
I got recertified in march 2021 thinking my recertification would be good for 3 years likee normal. Nope they dont count the 1 year grace period when schools were closed. So now i lose my certification because no schools have openings.
Their excuse was is should have certified 6 months early and enticipated a global pandemic.
Because you can certify 6 months early and you get 3 years from your certification date. But of you certify late because of pandemic then it goes From your original date. So they think it makes sense for 36 months between but not 25 months.
Im getting in touch with am attorney because thy are taking advantage of the pandemic
