I’ve been going to Ignacio at Ashley Income Tax for 23 years, ever since I first met him at H&R Block. It’s a family business, and honestly, they feel like family now. Ignacio and his team are always professional, super nice, and I’ve never left unhappy with their services. They make tax season stress-free and easy, which says a lot!

But let me be real—I’m not recommending anyone to go to him because that’ll just make him busier, and I need my spot! 😂

I was given an appointment for a Sunday at 9am, given by the daughter, Ashley. When we got there, (we were the first ones in by the way) we were asked why we came in, and that we were not put down on the appointment list, so we said maybe there was a mistake but we were told to come in. Anyway… Ignacio came out after maybe 10-15 minutes of being there and very rude asked again why we were there, and said we had to wait untill he was done with his first appointment (which was us) but not according to his list… he is the most rude and unprofessional. I asked him to give me back all my docs, because I no longer wanted his service and was refusing to give me the copies of Id, social and birth certificates… until I kept insisting and he ripped them in front of my face. JUst plain rude and unprofessional! I had to give him One star because that was the only way to put the review. But he deserves -10000 stars! DONT go there!
