Can't even get a hold of anyone about our application. We applied for a duplex and it's been almost 2 weeks without any updates. It would help if someone picks up the phone.

Horrible Horrible company! Jr is the worst manager. He is a liar and he allows people that are apparently connected personally to him abuse the rules. He does not like maintenance request and will hold them against you. He charged me for a repair visit on a refrigerator and the fix was to only use the center of refrigerator. I feel like we were very cheated on this. He took 125.00 out of our account for repairs on a rental. I believe he did not renew my contract because of my disabilities. My rent is like clock work. The only issue I had was requesting that the tenants in a 55 and up community are just that and things be kept up as the should be. Beware stay away from this company.

Excellent management company. I had several rentals and they did a fantastic job keeping good tenants in place. I appreciated their screening process. When I self managed, I found that the turn overs cost so much money because the quality of tenants I let live in the properties. AMI made sure the tenants had a solid track record by checking with previous landlords, job verification, and income verification. Very impressed with this company.

This place manages Western Valley Apartments on E. Street.

That place has at least 6 apartments infested with bed bugs. They won't treat the place and are basically blaming people by saying "Ohh you must have brought them with you". This is utter nonsense since I know a tenant that has been living there for over a year. They never had the issue with bed bugs until just over a month ago. The same can be said for the others that are infested and they have been living there longer.

People are moving out and they are allowing people to move in without telling them about this problem nor even treating the place with pest companies. Shady much?

This is why our town is becoming infested with the nasty bugs. Cheapskate management and landlords will happily take your deposit and rent but refuse to spend the money to treat a huge problem and it keeps spreading from one place to the other.

I do NOT recommend renting any apartment managed by this place.
