Was a great experience I wish I remembered the lady i worked with. The environment was something so different and special everybody was calm really relaxed. Happy to be there which made me happy to be there. They do great business make it easy. That’s what I like. I’ll give it a five out of five would most definitely recommend people to come through.

I visited the AFCU facility in Jonesboro yesterday for the first time. I was greeted immediately by all three of the employees in there with a very friendly greeting from each. I am proud to say I am a member of AFCU and will definitely by making future in person visits.

I did t realize there was a new branch in Jonesboro. The people there were so kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my banking experience.

While I had an account, it was okay. I just want to warn everyone that once you close your account, you no longer have access to any statements or previous documents. I closed it in December and they sent me an email in January to say my tax document was ready, but I was unable to log in to see it, so I have to call support and have it mailed to me. I have never, ever experience that with any other banking account I've ever had.

Great location, and people! I came to do business with AFCU quite often this year and Richard has been a tremendous help. He's a great asset to AFCU and easy to work with. I've worked with a few others in this AFCU location and am always greeted and feel welcome. We fully switched to AFCU this year and are not looking back.

Great service and very friendly. I was in and out quick, but didn't like that I had to pay a 35 dollar fee for skipping a payment for the holidays.
