Been with AZFCU for 17 years. The Airpark location is very convenient and always looks very well kept. The staff there are super polite and professional and always have a cheerful demeanor. Please note that the Airpark location close at 4pm and does not have an ATM or a drive through. If you need any type of lending services such as an auto loan or equity loan, this is the branch to visit.

Recently took my two teenage niece and nephew to open up their very first checking and savings accounts and their experience with Susana Dean was nothing short of fabulous. She explained absolutely everything to them and showed them everything they needed to know to get them started. They were so nervous, it was a pretty big deal to them as it makes them feel like more responsible “adults” so she definitely made them feel comfortable and confident. It was a positive and personal experience for them, thank you so much Susana for your hard work and dedication! This branch brings something special to the table! Someone is always there to help!

Best branch ever! Alicia runs a tight ship. Everyone is overly helpful, joyful, and quick to help. Totally different experience walking into this bank vs a large bank. They usually have 1- 3 people who will help you immediately.

Completely different hours than every other branch in the city. Very annoying to make a trip to the bank at 430pm on a weekday and the branch is closed and every other bank is open

Alicia T. at Arizona Federal Credit union. Was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions. Arizona Federal credit union is an incredible bank. If your looking for a bank account this is the one to have. I have been banking with them for a couple years now. They always help you out with all of your service requests.
