This company currently owns the mobile home park that I live in. In the past three years they have been unable to fix our two leading amenities one being the pool and the second one being the gate to our community. They raised the rent but do not fix the amenities. They expect all residents to adhere to their standards however they do not respect the residents enough to fix what we pay for. They enjoy talking in circles and blaming the previous owner when they purchased this mobile home park 3 years ago. We are expected to pay for amenities such as a pool that we are unable to use and then we are also expected to go and pay for a YMCA membership so that we may use a pool. They find this acceptable.

I have lived at one of their properties for almost 3 years. Bought my home back in December 2020. Ever since then it’s been a nightmare. They are disrespectful to the community and have been discriminating against me this entire time because I’m a young home buyer. I’m not sure if it’s the management they hired being discriminatory or if ARC is telling them to be that way. Either way, I have filed complaints several times and have never gotten a response and it’s to a point where I am contemplating taking legal action if these issues are not resolved.

This company is not Better Business Bureau certified for a reason. They are horrible.They have not been able to fix a gate in over 3 years. The amenities are constantly under construction so they don't get in trouble but nothing here works!! We PAY for pool but it's been broken for this year.They don't do ANYTHING to make it right for residents!
