I went to the bel air location to open an Ira account and Linda was so helpful and knowledgeable. She provided great service. The staff at bel air and fallston locations are great. These two branches are the only ones i have been too. I never have any problems and I am always treated with great respect. Thanks for such great service apg. Recently, I had to return to the bel air location to open another account. Kim and Melissa set up my new account quickly and answered all of my questions. I continue to receive great professional service. Monica in fallston has also provided excellent service.

This place is a scam... Purchased a vehicle from Jones Subaru in Bel Air on a Friday evening in July. Changed my vehicle insurance while I was sitting in the finance office signing my paperwork.

Fast forward a month or so and I receive a letter from APGFCU stating I'm not insured so they're purchasing some external insurance policy and charging me $1000. Obviously, I called immediately and explained. I resent the declaration page and was assured I hadn't yet been charged, everything was cleared up and I would not be charged.

Call 2 months later about a miscellaneous $5 fee and see that they have in fact charged me $1000. They're now saying I need to lower my deductible on my car insurance. I have never dealt with a financial institution that steals like this, I'm still flabbergasted over the entire situation.

I've personal had a fantastic experience with APGFCU, Online, mobile, drive thru and in branch appointment. The service call, tellers and bankers have all been very nice and always resolve the action I'm looking to perform.

Just today I successfully opened two minor accounts for my daughter's to take advantage of the $25 deposit this institution is offering, via the drive-thru in less than 10 minutes I might add. Stephanie at the Bel Air branch was an ANGEL and so helpful.

I'm laughing at all these Karen's leaving negative/ one star reviews because of long wait times haha... There's a pandemic going on and people aren't going into the bank in person, they are trying to do their banking online and over the phone just like you... Learn some patience or find a new bank.

This has been the worst experience of my life.... I had a GAP auto insurance total loss issue and I spoke with a Ms. Melissa Dehn (Legal Recovery Specialist) within the Member Solutions Department. I have had 2 interactions with Ms. Dehn pertaining to the same issue on 2 separate occassions. Both of my interaction with her were very disappointing; she was very demeaning, unprofessional, and provided below par customer service. I made more that 4 request/attempts (while on a recorded line) to be transferred to a representative that could assist me with my issue. Ms. Dehn would not transfer me to a representitve that was more knowledgeable of total loss insurance issues and/or GAP payments. She continued to be concending in her tone and replies during my entire interaction. I requested to speak with a Branch Manager and she would not respond to my request nor did she transfer me upon my request. After more than 4 request attempts, she provided me with the name of her Branch Manager; Ms. Dehn stated that Ms. Christy Rayes was her Branch Manager; she also provide me with another individuals name; a Ms. Christy McLamb, which she stated was APG's Car Representative, might I added that no phone number nor best times times to contact either individual was provided. As a "Army Veteran", I am totally disgusted in addition to disappointed with the lack of candor, professionalism, courtesy/decentcy, and customer service that was not provided by Ms. Melissa Dehn as a representative/employee of Aberdeen Proving Grounds Federal Credit Union (APGFCU).

Our conversation ended when Ms. Dehn hung the phone up on me, after my request for management s information.

They need to open the lobbies back up! I just had to close accounts thru the drive thru because I could not get thru on the phone to make an appointment to go inside! Also, they were charging me a fee for the business checking, but the description in online banking was very vague, did not make it clear that it was a fee coming out of my account.

Cant get branch phone number. Called the main 1-800 number, always in a "q" and leave a call back number, the longest wait is always 55 minutes then NOBODY ever calls.! Can't even log into my account...it says I dont have one, which I know I do !
GRRRR.! Sucks for customer service.
