I have been with State Farm for years through different agents and having Anna Valvi as my agent has been pleasure from the start. She and her husband (whom also works in the office) are both super knowledgeable on insurance issues and on how to get me the lowest rates possible. They have made me feel part of their family and Anna has called me back whenever I have missed her in the office. I have been with Statefarm for many many years. Getting a hold of Anna is damn near impossible. Getting a hold of anyone at Statefarm is impossible. My rates keep going up and up and the only reasoning is accidents and inflation. I havent been in an accident in maybe 8 years.... Now, Statefarm added a new driver to my account, that I did not authorize. How is it even possible to add someone without permission from the policy OWNER? I called when I noticed and the office told me they will call me back, they were on the call with a very important client. HMMMM weird, I am a client. No call back. no follow up. Nothing. This is the norm with Anna. Many of my emails go unanswered, many of my calls go unanswered.

I did not speak to Anna was directed to another agent. I called a week ahead of getting my new car and was quoted a price and told that the quote would be good when I was ready to get the car on the road. I called back 1 week later and they did not honor the quote. The insurance price doubled and the coverage went down to liability only. Original quote included collision and comprehensive. Would not use this company or be ready to take the insurance right away because they will screw you if you wait. They would or could not give me an explanation for the increased amount and decreased coverage. Not a good company. FYI I have been insured with them for years

My experience with Anna Valvi and her staff is wonderful. Anytime i need assistance I usually talk with Jackie. She is very pleasant to deal with and handles my concerns very promptly. She is very educated in the insurance industry and takes care of any issues i have very swiftly. Tahlia has also helped me and she is just one of the nicest people you will ever talk to. She to knows a lot about the business and takes care of issues very swiftly. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance. I have several foreign market vehicles ranging from a JDM R33 GTR to a UK imported Defender 90…all of which I only have thanks to Anna Valvi. When my previous company just randomly stopped insuring my JDM Land Cruiser, she came highly recommended by people in a car group on Facebook. I quickly found out why when she not only got me coverage for the Land Cruiser as a daily driver, but beat all competitors’ rates both on my collector car policy and home policy. Within a week I switched EVERYTHING to State Farm for one consolidated and fair monthly bill. And when nobody would supply the windshield I needed for my JDM Skyline, she authorized me to buy one myself and still honor my windshield coverage. Needless to say, her office will have my business for a long time. I just insured 3 more vehicles with her, and I recommend her office every chance I get.
*Side note, I previously contacted other State Farm branches about insuring my imported vehicles and they were clueless. This is NOT the standard, it’s far above it.

Anna is absolutely awesome she is always there for me and makes my insurance seem so much more simple as well as her excellent staff which are so nice and helpful. I've been with her for 3 years now and I have never had a problem or complained about anything because she takes care of it right away. I would recommend her to anyone she is very giving and really cares about her buisness.
