The wort property management I've ever known. When we moved in they only gave us one key for a three bedroom unit. They primed all of the walls and left them like that (but when we toured the walls weren't primed). The washer or dryer broke at least once a month and it would take weeks to get fixed. The payment portal shut down for a month and so they had us pay through a different website that charged us an additional $90 service fee per tenant. There was a gas leak so they shut off the gas and didn't get it fixed for over a month. If you can avoid living at one of their properties please do!

I wish there was an option for zero stars but there isn’t. This company is so terrible. Unprofessional, unresponsive, lack of concern for the tenants, I could go on and on about them. Please stay away from any building managed by ANM. They tried to keep $250 from my security deposit for a “cleaning” fee which is not legal in the state of New York. After much back and forth they removed the fee because they knew they were wrong. However, it has now been 18 days since I moved out and I have yet to receive our security deposit back and they are required by law to return the deposit within 14 days. No one answers emails. No one answers the office phone. No one answers their direct line. You really will not have any response from this company unless you threaten legal action. It’s the only thing that worked for me in the year I lived there. Buildings are kept in filthy conditions. No one cleans the common areas. They promise things and they don’t provide. They lie to potential tenants touring the buildings. In the time I lived there I made countless maintenance requests that were NEVER addressed. They would just mark them complete and never do anything. My only advice would be to never lease in a building managed by this company unless you want to feel ignored, stressed, and angry all the time.

I hope they go broke they don't deserve a single cent from anyone this is the second time my apartment flooded know they want to increase my rent by 750 dollars the day after. They're very wicked people and won't be seeing the pearly gates that's for sure!

Absolute worst property management company I have ever dealt with. Completely unreachable and unresponsive-- their phone number goes nowhere and calls and emails are never returned. Entirely unhelpful with maintenance issues, even serious ones like flooding. Do not rent in a building managed by this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been here almost 1 year & my bedroom ceiling leaks when it rains/snows. After one month of going back & forth, they sent a company to “fix” it. The leaking stopped but I began getting sinus infections consistently. I ordered a Petri dish & mold grew. An inspector came & took a piece of my ceiling out to send as sampling. The management company told me there was no mold, but I highly doubt that. It has been almost 6 months & I still have a hole in my ceiling covered with purple duck tape. My ceiling started leaking for a second time over 1 month ago. They blamed the siding company for “forgetting” to finish a spot. Tonight my room is leaking for the THIRD time. I contacted 311. Do not move here.

* ANM REFUSES TO RETURN SECURITY DEPOSIT*
Beware of this group. They will not answer your calls or emails. They will hold your security deposit hostage and will not be reachable at all for weeks on end. Stay far, far away from these slumlords.

While the property is serviceable, the management company is not. Their refusal to respond to maintenance requests at a timely manner is frustrating, unprofessional and frankly harmful. When my roomates and I moved in, we had 5 days without power despite their commitment to being move-in ready. Each maintenance request in the portal was left unanswered, leading to plenty of calls and emails to each individual in charge. Every single maintenance request has been exacerbated for weeks on end, without so much as an acknowledgement that these are things crucial to the lease agreement. To get a simple fix done, be prepared to jump through as many hoops as you can.

EDIT: A month later, and no changes. Still impossible to get a hold of management at any time. Completely unprofessional business

I have submitted requests for different issues in the building and they are the most unresponsive management company I have EVER dealt with. The building's washer left dirt marks on my roommate's pillow case, the oven doesn't work properly, and the dishwasher only works on certain settings. The previous problems we had they marked as completed and no one ever showed up to help. When you call, they never pickup up and will not answer any emails. So frustrating. Please, ANM, reach out and resolve these issues.

Completely unprofessional, a joke of a company. The phone number listed in our rent portal lead to nowhere. I have called every day for weeks and nobody has ever picked up. Management is unresponsive and has made empty promises to address maintenance requests that have never been fulfilled. I am absolutely not signing another lease with them and I suggest you do the same. It is appalling that companies like this are allowed to operate the way they do. Pathetic.
