The unit next to mine is owned by Ankor management. I assume it's in bad condition because the tenant is always throwing (weights or) something against their windows and walls, smoking, and playing loud music at all hours of the day almost every day. Management does not do anything about the disruptions. I would recommend for anyone that likes lax rental management since they will not penalize you for doing anything to the property. I also assume rental tenants don't need to prove income since my neighbor doesn't seem like he works.

Excellent experience renting from Ankor Management. Daniel the CEO and Gareth one of the employees there are both very quick to answer, respectful, nice, and willing to help. Not to mention, any minor issues in the apt needing service were immediately addressed as soon as I put them in the portal. Would be happy to rent again.

I had a great experience moving into my apartment with Ankor.The units are like brand new,it’s recently renovated.Everything goes smoothly and I really love living in my new apartment !

I’m trying to move out and break my lease because my apartment is unlivable. It’s completely ridiculous, they won’t even give me a straight answers about when it will BE livable again. I’m at my wits end, I JUST moved to New York, haven’t even had a chance to change my license. And now I’m sitting on the curb sobbing because I don’t have a home or place to live and they aren’t helpful in ANY WAY. Stay away from properties managed by this company, I don’t know if it’s truly due to the landlord not responding, like they say, or their own inability to safely manage properties. But seriously for your own sake DON’T RENT FROM THEM!!!!!

I think these people run a old-fashiohned real estate company via pen and paper with a third-party answering service via dial up internet. I think the lady that answered my phone call-needed to have her hearing aid changed out. Old as the dial-up internet answering service.

I don’t recommend this management at all!! They have holding my deposit and not return when I finished move out. For the agreement they allowed the building manager and all workers from them can come to my apartment without my permission. They are very badly!

Super disorganized group. Got hit with additional fees, delayed move-in, and am still waiting on my second set of keys over 1 month into my lease.
