I have been a member for 30+ years. I continue to get superb service from the branch on Joint Base. All tellers, representatives and managers go above and beyond. Much thanks to all at this branch.

We haven't been there in 4 years or so. The people have changed, but we found this new-to-us group to be just as personable, respectful, and about their business. It took twice as long as expected to complete our business; but it was definitely, satisfyingly, time well spent. It was shocking how empty the branch was on the day before a major holiday. I half thought it would be packed and we'd be HOURS but I was very happy to be wrong!

FIRST RATE SERVICE all the way! I am very happy with my service today . Service was exceptional today! Mrs. Sherri listened to my enquires and patiently explained products/ services with concise clarity.. it is without hesitation that I recommend this branch to everyone! I have been a long standing member of AFCU and always received outstanding service. Today, your staffer Sheri went over and beyond providing me and another member with superb service. My colleagues is in the early stages if dementia. Sheri was very understanding in providing the financial assistance we needed to manage our bank accounts. This is the main reason why I come here. I enjoy coming in person at my branch. The staff is always courteous and happy when I walk in. It’s never much of a wait when I go thru the teller line either. Ms Sherri is who usually assist me on the side where you sit down at. She’s always professional, nice and helpful with my needs and questions. I’ve been a member for quite awhile and I’m still happy with my service at JB Andrews.
