I’ve been with AmFam now for 15 years. They are extremely patient in answering questions, finding me the best deal for my life needs and have been excellent to work with. Shout out to Patty who is wonderful to work with and my highlight when I interact with them. Andrew is very patient and active in finding the best deals. I had a chip in my windshield, they coordinated repairs at safelite to get it fixed. All in in all happy with my insurance thru this branch.

HORRIBLE customer service no communication other than mail. Was a loyal customer for over 7 years. American Family is great but Daniel Stallard is NOT. Switched agents as fast as I could. If I could give zero stars I would.

These people are con artists. I somehow pay more for auto insurance after I bundled, than when I had auto by itself, and I’m talking 40 more dollars a month. Called and they gave me the most carney run around I’ve ever heard. I already thought very poorly of people in the insurance industry but they somehow made it worse.

Best Agent EVER!!!! I have been Andrew for 16 years and no matter how much any other Insurance Company can save me; I refuse to switch companies! I greatly appreciate the personal relationship with Andrew as a client overall. Andrew has excellent knowledge of all of American Family Line of Insurance offers. Andrew is very caring to his clients and their needs based per the clients situation. I reccommend Andrew to anyone who is seeking a agent and not a company that directs you to ten different departments just to resolve an issue. I contact Andrew and all of my issues are resolved within his ability through his office.

Thank You Andrew for a wonderful 16 years of being my agent, I don't know what I will do when you decide to retire! Hopefully no time soon!

I had a list of 25 Insurance Companies when I tried to get insurance for my Custom Built motorcycle. Everyone wanted to send me through hoops with third party companies, or they just flat out said "no" AFTER waiting 2+ weeks for them to call me back. Called American Family and they didn't give me other numbers to call or any kind of run-around. Took care of me and my motorcycle very quickly and got me on the road.

I seriously don't understand how anyone could give this guy five stars. In my personal experience (I've been with him for nearly 9 years by the way), neither he nor has his assistant has been responsive to any of my calls on his (their) own willingness. Mr. Stallard would call me every year for an annual review and nearly every time I would call him back to get this scheduled, his voicemail would cut off before I could leave a full message and, on the very rare occasions I could leave a full message, he wouldn't return my calls. Most recently, I tried to contact Mr. Stallard to discuss adding an additional policy to my existing policies for the home I inherited from my deceased grandmother. Neither him nor his assistant were available during office hours, so I ended up leaving multiple messages, but neither responded until their sympathetic secretary got involved. When I finally received a return call it was from Mr. Stallard's assistant. She returned my call within 24 hours of my conversation with the aforementioned secretary, took all the pertinent info for the new house and assured me that she would promptly follow up. Well several weeks past and, guess what, I did not receive a follow up call from her or Mr. Stallard. At this point, I gave up and reached out to a wonderful Nationwide agent who was able to switch my auto policy from AmFam and add a policy for my new home the same day I called with significantly much better coverage on both and also significantly cheaper. My conversation with this Nationwide took place on 6-2, which was the same day I called the 800# for AmFam to request they terminate my auto policy effective that day. Thought all was good, but today I receive a payment due reminder from AmFam for June. I'd already paid for the 6-1 through 6-30 coverage at the end of May, so I don't owe them money, THEY OWE ME MONEY, so I call the 800# again to learn Mr. Stallard did not process the cancellation as requested and, furthermore, they show I requested to cancel on 6-8, which is NOT correct. At this point, Ashley from the AmFam 800#, I believe, is correcting this issue with Mr. Stallard's supervisor via email and Tilly from the New Agent Coordinator team is requesting a new agent for my remaining policy on my current home. Regardless, thanks to Mr. Stallard and his assistant once my current home sells I will officially cut my tie to AmFam and never do business with them again and I will also share this with everyone I know, so they can avoid this disrespect and crappy customer service. Lastly, I think it is also important to mention - I never filed a claim with AmFam in the nearly 9 years I have been insured with them.

Worst insurance agency around! Lady who answers the phone wants to argue with you over simple requests and then refuses to do as you ask!
