We have been working with Deb for over 10 years. She's very knowledgeable and profession. Our taxes are completed on the spot every time. No waiting plus she doesn't over charge

Met with Mark March 12th. Spent an hour going over everything. Mark Stated that our taxes would be completed and mailed to us within a week or two. Called on March 26th and was told by the receptionist that Mark was still working on them. I called again today April 4th. Same response. I told the receptionist that if they weren’t done by Monday that I would be filling a complaint with the BBB. Not 5 minutes passed and I got a call from Andersen Tax to come pick up my stuff, that someone else can do our taxes. They spend 3 weeks supposedly working on them but 5 minutes to grab our file and tell us they aren’t going to do them at all. I truly don’t think they had been worked on at all! If you want your taxes done in a timely manner, you know before April 15th, don’t go to Andersen Tax.
