My dad passed away in 2019. He had a retirement account that my brother and I we're the beneficiary s on .we were told we would be contacted. Six yrs passed and I found that my dads account had been claimed. I spoke to an Andrea who pulled my dads name up from social security and name told me my dads account had been claimed, it's closed move on. Then I spoken to Azra. Who brought my Dads name up with a social security number,then Pat,who also was able to bring my dad up. They were all closed, Noone could tell me where it went. So I asked for a Manager, and spoke to Fred E. He told me he couldn't pull it up at all. He told me a bunch of lies. They were obvious. I believe they are covering they're tracks. this is now a legal matter There are so many better companies. New York life investment is amazing and extremely professional.. don't please don't use this company! RUN!!!!!!

Your company takes advantage of the elderly when their spouses pass.Eventually I will learn where my 90 year mother's investment funds have been going for the last year.Your US presence after acquiring Pioneer is a complete embarrassment.Shame on you.

Be careful renting from this company . they take a lomg time to handle any problems you may have. I just moved out of one of their building due to a bathroom floor caving in , mice problems and black mold .

Forced to move money from company and they are trying to steal a $50 fee to boot. Look elsewhere before investing any $$$$
