Amore came to Veterans Place of Washington Boulevard to volunteer for Veterans Day. The staff was all friendly, and very helpful. The work they did was remarkable! Patrick, Shana, Jackie and Kelly all made sure that this event ran smoothly and was great. Not only did Amore purchase breakfast and lunch for our veterans, they made sure our veterans and staff ate before they did. We almost ran out of work for them to do, they did so much! They are welcome to come back any time.

I moved to Stonecliffe Apartments in June 2015. Me and my daughter Samantha feel that this is a very safe place to live. Along with well mantainance from Chuck, this girls in the management office are wonderful. Angela is exceptional. She really cares about the people who live here. She is always professional but with a kind gesture. I would highly reccommend her for her accuracy of getting the job done. Shana is also very kind. She always has a smile on her face and she is always there to help anyone in need. Kelly is also a nice person. She always greets you with a smile.

They emphasize the basics are essential in providing the highest quality of life for residents and maximizing the returns for investors. Amore stands behind their promise of clean grounds, affordable clean apartments, and great onsite maintenance. In addition Shana, Kelly, Angela, & Ashley provide great customer service in their corporate office.

I lived at Stonecliffe -Monroeville for 4 years .Loved how clean building was .Maintenance employees kept place neat and clean ,they would come to fix things as soon as you put work order in . At winter time parking lot would be clean as early as 5:30 in morning . Nice and warm apartments. I would like to Thank everyone for great service while I lived there . Everybody was very friendly and professional .

There are money sucking agents hired in management of this community. They just are good at making money. I was living in Stonecliffe for 9 yrs. I left the apartment witht he leasing agent telling me that I do not owe anything because i am terminating the lease. I told them million times that the kitchen top needs repair as it is very old. But at the last minite when I was vacating, they put entire 600$ expense on me. Such a disgusting and unprofessional behavior. I am not going to recommend this apartment to anyone after living here for 9 years. Hopeless.

I set up an appointment to tour an apartment at the Beacon Hill Apartments a week prior to the day I wanted to view. The day of my tour I arrived and I met with Chris. Chris explained that he was not familiar with the property which is fine; however, he did not have any keys so I could view any apartment. Long story short, I did not get a chance to view anything. I am extremely upset because I took time out my day to come view and it is very unprofessional that Amore did not have things organized. I will not be renting from this company. This company wasted my time and made me feel unwelcome to rent from them.

She was very kind and patient, very informative and her different suggestions on how to set up my account payments were most appreciating. If I would have any type of questions in the future, I would recommend calling her first.
