This branch is great! Their customer service is top notch! They always reply quickly to any questions and on top of whatever it is that I'm needing. They are my "go to" for any type of loan I may need. I know I'll get a great rate and they always make it a very easy and stress free experience.

Terrible experience, sat and waited in an empty building for both teller & banker to finish private conversations. what was supposed to be a simple visit turned into an hour long ordeal. Brittany Ingram needs to go through basic customer service training, before being put in charge of loans or accounts. Felt pressured and uncomfortable during the encounter and wish I had gone with instinct of just walking out..

If this is what it’s like to open a checking account with them, god forbid what the process of applying for a loan looks like.

Security guard was the most polite individual that I encountered at this branch (5 stars for him and dude said less than 10 words to me)

AmFirst is a phenomenal lender for auto and home loans, but they don’t seem to care about you unless you qualify as their top 1% of buyers.

I never leave reviews as I feel it wastes more of my time in an already frustrating encounter, but this completely baffled me.

My husband and I are members at Amfirst. We moved to Calera a year ago and we were so happy that there was a branch close by. We have recently been talking to Nikki at the branch to apply for a credit card and she was awesome! Today we went in the branch to complete the process and Leanne helped us. Everyone was very polite and we were in and out in no time. I highly recommend banking with Amfirst and especially the Calera branch!
