Terrible customer service, I was promised a call back and never received one. I rarely have to use my insurance but when I finally do, it seems like I can’t get any help with what I’m asking for. I decided to switch over to another insurance and within minutes I was able to get help and better rates. The women answering phone calls is lazy, inconsiderate and rude. I would say calling this number and location is awful and wouldn’t recommend this place. This location needs to start doing better with helping their customers from the start.

I have Erie auto and home and it has always been the lowest with them. Benet explained my coverages and told me about coverage I didn’t even know I could get that I didn’t have. They make sure you don’t have any doubts when you call Erie. Ask for Agent Benet Villatoro he is brilliant.

Benet Villatoro is very unprofessional.
I have been with Erie insurance for more than 8 years but he treated me like nothing.
When you go in person there, he will just tell you what you need to hear to make you go away from his face after that, it is a different story.
when I was in their office, He said I already paid everything for a full month and then they sent me a bill of $218 and when I call him, he cannot even listen to me.

I used to work with Ken he was very helpful but Benet, Extremely Unprofessional person!

My mom was the one who informed me on Erie Insurance. Im 21, and was paying a little over 200 every month liability only with Nationwide. I was under my mom. Kenneth was extremely helpful, patient and kind. We spoke over the phone, he emailed me a quote, and I had it done the very next day. I now pay 160 monthly, and am no longer under my mom. #adulting
