Traveling through and I needed cash . I’ve been all over to different airports and never have I been told AA credit union is cashless and does not give cash at any location . I was gasping for time so didn’t have time to really go into details but that’s diabolical to say the least

My experience with this credit union has been a nightmare. Maybe I’m just not credit union type of customer? Idk?
I switched my checking acct from a major bank to this credit union, and it’s been 6 months of frustration. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. They only have 2 walk in locations and both close at 4:30. Impossible. Not open on Saturday even for a half day. The customer service on the phone is hit or miss, sometimes you get someone who is knowledgeable and sometimes not.
I have to take a half day off of work to close my account because you have to got to the branch and sign paperwork, but only open until 4:30 … sigh

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Called because I had some questions about my account and loan. Loan Officer, Cynthia, said she was going to transfer me over to the car loan department (forgot to put me on hold) then proceeded to make fun of me for a question I asked with another coworker. When she realized I was not on hold, I told her that I just heard the entire conversation, she said she was looking out for my best interest and chuckled. The fact that this behavior is allowed says a lot about the entire office.

My experience with this credit union has been horrible. If I could give less than one star I would. They’re completely useless when you need help 90% of the time and their hours are ridiculous. Monday- Friday 8am to 4:30pm so by the time most people get off work they’re close witch wouldn’t be so bad if they weren’t closed on the weekend but closed SATURDAY and Sunday? Come on American Airlines.

On May 29th took flight 2938 from Newark to Phoenix. The flight attendants
we’re pleasant and helpful. Everything went off perfectly for a 5 hour flight. I would definitely fly American again.

No 24 hrs access to your money. My account was well funded but the ATM says it was denied by the bank on a Saturday for no apparent reason. I will have to wait until Monday to access my own Monday. Weekend shot.

10 year member! Now we actually have an office in Phoenix. It really wasn't needed, but it shows their commitment to the membership in this area . Great checking account, and the rates offered on savings and loans are as good or better than most AZ credit unions.
